At Fourth Avenue ENT clinic, we receive referrals from our local practitioners, all over Sydney, NSW and other states. Please find information here which may assist you in making referrals to our ear, nose and throat, thyroid and head and neck services.

Correspondence

Support our goal towards a paperless and eco-friendly practice, with correspondences via Healthlink, our secure messaging vendor. Our Healthlink EDI is fthavent. We also accept correspondence from GPs and other specialists via letter and fax. Our letters are usually sent out within one week of patient review. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your patient’s management.
