You will be called the day before your surgery by the hospital regarding your operation

You will be called the day before your surgery, usually late in the afternoon by the hospital regarding your operation.

Please take care to avoid any medication including over the counter products listed in the Medications to Avoid factsheet.

If you are on blood thinning medications such as aspirin, dabagatrin, or warfarin, you may need to stop them a few days before your procedure. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Lastly, you will be given a post-operative follow up appointment to monitor for any problems after the surgery. Please contact the practice if you have any concerns during business hours.
